The lesson in the 1st movie teaches us that happiness is not always the answer, and that other emotions are important as well.
Sa 2nd movie naman mas nakarelate ako bilang isang 25M na may anxiety na nagsimula nung college.
Nagustuhan ko yung representation ni Anxiety dito on how she became the antagonist of the film.
She overthinks a lot of scenarios for Riley's head and each scenario she always try to ensure that Riley will always be a step ahead in dealing them, and she wants to do them FAST. She wants what is best for Riley.
You see, based on my experiences, anxiety causes you to be a control freak due to your fear of possible futures (which is why Fear is impressed by Anxiety a lot), making you want to do everything fast and perfect.

Nung umabot sa scene na halos controlado na ni Anxiety si Riley, the new belief system she built still fails and results to "I'm not good enough" because anxiety makes you want to be better and perfect and yet no matter how many steps you make you still feel you are not good enough, a never ending pursuit. I related to the scene a lot.
Nagustuhan ko rin ung scene na nagpaka-Flash si Anxiety nung sinusubukan nyang controlin ang console and guess who saved the day? Joy
She tells Anxiety to let everything go, that everything will be alright. Nagsearch ako ng maraming advices at paraan kung paano hindi maging anxious, and lahat ng yun (para sakin) ay sinummarize sa ginawa ni Joy, she made Anxiety calm down.
The lesson here is opposite of the 1st one. It saids na kahit gaano pa man kagulo ang nasa isip mo, gaano kagulo ang future, laging tandaan na dapat happy lang.
Now I got some ideas for Inside Out 3, since I felt unexplored pa si Anxiety.
You see there are scenarios that are caused by anxiety, one is it teaches to be a control freak, calculative, and plan to be always steps ahead since takot ka s isang possible future.
The second is the unexplored one, yung tipong sa sobramg dami mong project anxious thoughts nagooverload ang utak mo. It doesn't cause you to move fast but do nothing at all. Kasi sa sobrang dami mong iniisip hindi ka mapakali and you entered "Analysis Paralysis" a point of inaction due to anxiety kasi you think too much.
I just hope they do this with Inside Out 3 along with an emotion that is linked to depression.
