Hello! So I’m moving out of my place here sa Manila (dorm lang siya and I had no problems about place hunting before, literally went lang sa lobby, inquired, bought the requirements the next visit and signed the contract na)

Now, I’m transferring schools and I’m moving to Makati (iAcademy), and I’m having a hard time looking for a place kasi I have no idea how to and what to look for.

Also, I’m going to move in by first week of August, kailan yung best time for me to start looking for a place po?

Anyone have suggestions, tips, or any recommendations rin sa place?

Ano rin po ba dapat yung mga essentials na kailangan kong tanungin sa magiging agent/owner na kausap ko about sa place and sa unit rin?

My budget right now would be from 10k and max na talaga 20k. Ilang sqm po ba dapat ang ieexpect ko for my budget range?

What I need:

• Pet friendly
• Presko yung room and may window malaki sana for natural light / pwedeng lagyan rin ng AC
• Pwedeng mag luto, and gusto ko sana meron yung range hood(?) yung naghihigop ng usok when cooking
• Studio type condo (I actually prefer 1-bedroom sana)
