1 year ago, nalalagas na buhok ko sa ulo. Payat ko pa, and I looked like a fucking clown back then. 4 months after, I had enough funds to go to the local dermatologist at my hometown. She diagnosed me with alopecia since not only my front hair volume was decreasing but my top hair as well. She prescribed me with some stronger vitamins, topical hair growth liquid, and a hair growth shampoo.

Nothing happened after 4 months of using it 🥲. So I came back and she prescribed me with plan B - minoxidil pills that costed 20 php per pill. So I took them every morning after breakfast as she instructed me. She told me to comeback after 1 month if nothing happens.

And so nothing did happen 🥲 but I continued it because plan C consisted of an 85 php anti-androgen pill. I didn't have much hope left and I continued with no expectations. So during the 2nd month after plan B's failure, I got female coworkers telling me to use Luxe Organic Shampoo and Conditioner (the one with the castor oil), so I did.

After 4 months, the huge change manifested. I got better hair volume, and a better hairline because of the pills, shampoo, and conditioner. Although I also grew lots of hair on my back, chest, arms, and on both cheek sides thanks to the pills I took which gave a delayed effect hahhaa(back then I already have abnormally strong facial hair growth).

So nagpagupit ako, and nagpatrim din ng facial hair. They gave me a good cut and SEMI MUTTOM CHOPS similar sa kapatid ni Wolverine na si Victor Creed played by Liev Schreiber hahhahaa.

Pumasok ako sa office, first time ngumiti sakin ang HR and finance department. Ung engineering team din napangiti sa bagong look ko hahahaa.

And so yes that is my story on how I defeated hair loss in 1 year. And now I'm aiming to continue taking the pills to thicken my already good hair, and my facial hair so I could look like Seneca Crane, Dracule Mihawk, Captain Price or even remain as Victor Creed hahahaga.

On top of that, I can easily loose fat and build muscle. Ala lang skl.

P.S Both shampoo and pills contributed to the effect. The pills just contributed more than just head hair.
