I'm a 24M working as a mechanical engineer in NCR with a 21k salary, and 5k from my uncle's sideline. The company provides a stay in accomodation where i only spend food, laundry, and transpo while I save up 3-4k per month as savings. I only go home weekly.

We consist a family of 5, my parents are both retired and are now selling streetfoods outside the house with the profit being used to feed them everyday while my father's pensions make ends meet with the bills and some of his medications, the eldest sibling is bipolar and haven't finished college, the youngest sibling (my brother) unofficially dropped out from Com Sci because of 4-5 INCS. I on the other hand give 5k per month to the family making it a little easier for them.

Now then back to my brother. Me and my mom told him to complete his INC subjects, and what he did was lie and told us he completed it, he only revealed us his lie back in the end of July, he lied just so we could stop nagging and annoying him about his INCs. It's been almost a year since he got them. Since then he's been helping my parents in selling streetfood, and he focuses on this Naked Trading shit on Olymtrade.

He doesn't have the money to do it, he kepts telling us he made profit and he was able to "crack the pattern and sequences so his chances of winning are increasing" every time we ask him simple questions like "What are the rewards from your winnings" "What happens when you win, how much are you making?" He gives off completely ridiculous indirect answers that doesn't really answer our questions, very similar to the "how Trump answers the question - what is 2 2" joke. (I pasted the 2 2 joke below)

I'm becoming irritated, I kept showing him facts that it takes an average of 7 years to actually make good money there, that you should start this as a sideline, and get out of fantasy land and think of real solutions to make stable income, and that is coming from a friend of mine who is rich and knows stuff like this.

And all my brother's responses are "7 years? Mas namotivate lang lalo ako sa sinabi mo at ng kaibigan mo na patunayan sa inyo na kaya ko magtagumpay dito within less than 7 years"

Nairita na kami, pinipilit ni mama na ienroll ng kapatid ko yung incomplete subjects nya para hindi sayang, 1 year nalang kulang nya eh. Eh ayaw ng bro ko kaya binigyan namin sya ng ultimatum - if by the beginning of September wala p syang napapala dyan, itigil nya muna yan at magfocus sa realistic solutions that would give stable income, if ayaw nya magaral then he should help making money not making me the breadwinner of the family.

Until now hindi ko pa nakakamusta sya, and halos may 1 month na palugit sya, imma plan to talk to him this Sept 30 about it.

I need some advice on this.
