House Construction Tips
Post Body

Hi everyone, I just want to hear a second opinion of sorts regarding a residential house construction for the current times.

Which would be a better way to go about it?

  1. Get a loan
  2. Save X amount and get a loan for the remaining (Where X > Loan by 30%~40%)
  3. Do it in segments.

My dad suggests doing it in segments, but I think the current situation for building residential houses also requires permits and floor plans. As much as possible I would like to have it done all in one go but it'll probably take me another 3~5 years to save the money for it. (Including inflation rate)
