It's been more or less 4 months since I decided to leave my hometown to move to Makati. I recently turned 28 and I've spent most of my life in a small city in Visayas - making the decision of moving to Metro Manila was a big move for me.
If you asked me a year ago, I wouldn't have imagined finding myself in the middle of a new city, miles away from home.
It's been years since I've lived alone (Worked in Cebu for 2 years right after graduating), but finding it a lot easier since I'm more financially stable compared to when I was just starting out. Months after moving here, I think I can confidently say I've finally settled in.

Can't wait for what the rest of 2023 brings.
