i feel guilty that my parent(father) caught me reading a digital article, "emotionally immature parents"

So i have been reading this article as to why i grew up like this and to understand myself. Im so blaming but not so my parents about how i turned out and im trying to understand why they like that. The thing is I have put my phone in my desk without locking it up then nakita ni papa yung binabasa ko. He didnt say anything but it feels awkward ever since.
