how can you fix a f*cked up body clock?

I was an early bird before. Maaga nakakatulog and around 5-6 am gising na ako. Pero dahil sa holiday's eve, na fuck up yung sleeping sched ko. I want to sleep early kaso di nakikisama yung diwa ko whenever I close my eyes. Because of this rin, pati eating sched ko fuck up na rin. 2 pm na ako nakain ng meal tapos for a whole day na yun. Please, I want to fix this but how can I resolve this?
