Hi, I started working out last year every morning before I start my day. I did Bretman Rock's absolutely not workout because I saw a bait video on Youtube that he got abs like 6 weeks after it, so I did it hoping to do the same. So far I haven't but I'm not that disappointed since it became a morning routine now, and I loved it's benefits it gives me throughout the day. One of the benefits I noticed is that I don't get dizzy or my nape (batok) doesn't ache anymore when I eat pork.
Ito workout na ginagawa ko sa mga gustong malaman
20Â crunches, 40 in-and-outs, 60-second elbow plank Rest (30-60 seconds) 20 plank with hip dips, 40Â mountain climbers, 60 scissors kicks Rest (30-60 seconds) 20 reverse crunches, 40 toe-touch crunches, 60-second hollow hold
With 10 second rest in each exercise. Although now I want to do this workout alternately because I want to try other workouts/exercises that focus on other parts. Balak ko sana i-alternate yung abs and chest eh (although ala pa akong alam na 10 min chest workout/exercise hahhahah)
Sa mga nagwoworkout dyan every morning, parshare naman oh gusto kong ibahin/dagdagan workout ko haahahaha.
