Anyone here who is good at eating on a budget...

- What exact items do you buy the most?
- What kind of meals do you have?
- How do you make sure you're getting all your vitamins and minerals on a budget?
- How much do you spend either per week, or per month on food?
One of my biggest expenses was alcohol, which I have now stopped completely. Also, random things like Mcdoubles, buying sandwiches in dunnes, or hash browns in supervalu, or bottles of coke in Costa. Disposable vapes. I just want to stop doing most of it.
Crazy how all these little things add up, and to be honest, even though I can afford it, I'm just getting fed up of this country.
