Cold mornings and blankets

This morning I woke up and put my cold glasses on and they immediately fogged up with the cold metal frames against my warm face. It made me really really not want to get out of bed. And I (mostly) haven’t. After very quickly braving the cold to let my dog out I am back under the blankets and here on reddit hoping it will warm up a little.
What is a sure sign for you in the morning that you would rather stay in bed?
