I went on a really cute outdoor-bar date with a couple yesterday afternoon! Was my first time doing that sort of thing.
Except I totally forgot that normally when I drink, I'm supposed to space out the drinks and chase with water. Even a decent burger lunch couldn't help me keep up. I think I totaled three heavy cocktails and a cider in four or five hours? Needless to say I didn't have a pleasant night, body-wise.
Anyway, I'm awake as of 4AM (it's now 7AM here) and don't feel awful anymore, as if the heavens and my body granted me a chance to avoid a hangover. I had a bottle of Gatorade, am sipping water, snacked on some graham crackers, and am gonna pop out the Pedialyte soon.
First time I've ever felt this awful, totally worth it though! I think.
