When recently realized when i binge watch a show i pause when its the last season or episodes because i dont want it to end.

While staying at home i started watching Parks and Rec and i really love it, but just stopped watching in the middle of the last season, took me a couple tries to finish The Office, (i stopped watching when Michael left) and i finally finished it, and i actually really liked the last season even though i know others didnt
Have this problem anime as well especially since depending on the anime it takes forever for a new season to show up (delaying watching my hero academia and Haikyuu right now)
