For the first time in the 7 years of me cooking, not only did I just fry an egg correctly, I fried it perfectly.

I just got off work at 9 pm my time 57 Minutes ago at the time of writing this post.

I was told that when I got home we had apple sausage leftover from dinner for me, and my aunt told me that she put apple butter, cheddar, and a fried egg on her sandwich and it tasted amazing. So I decided to do that.

Well history has it that since I was 12 and started cooking all the time, I was never lucky when it came to cooking eggs, the only thing I could cool perfectly was eggs on the island, and the things I cooked horribly were omelettes and fried eggs, scrambled eggs I was decent at.

With that in mind I didn't let it bring me down when I cracked open the first egg... Unfortunately luck was not on my side on that one, since the yolk broke when I flipped it.

I decided to cook a second egg because "why the fuck not?"

I paid close attention to it, kept the heat low, flipped it instinctively, and finally got it onto my plate, no problems at all, to say the least I was overjoyed.

Well there came even more joy when I had bitten into the sandwich, and tasted the most perfect fried egg I have ever tasted in my life, so perfect and with so much pride in myself I cried tears of joy.
