This morning I waited in line to get in to Target at 8am so I could get bread, as yesterday I went to 3 stores and everyone was sold out. Everything was going great! They not only had some bread, but they had my special ‘Take that pregnancy constipation!’ bread! I was emotional yesterday because of the bread situation so in finding it today everything was right with the world :)
As I was driving away, about 15 minutes in to the drive, I had a eureka moment of, “Wait, Do I have my purse?” Kind of a weird thing to randomly think right? It wasn’t by me in the passenger seat so I pulled over to check the back, where I had put the groceries. Not there.
I started to panic, and I began to feel very negative. I didn’t have high hopes because in general people aren’t really being themselves right now due to COVID-19.
But I was wrong! When I called guest services, I introduced myself and before I could say why I was calling, the staff member said cheerily, “We have it!” (They recognized my name from my ID in my wallet.)
So thank you, whoever you are, for turning in my purse! You are a wonderful person, I hope you know that 💖 I wish you the very best!
