How do you get rid of a disappointing day?

Well, I'm currently living a bad day, with the strikes in Paris I spent almost 2h30 to reach work instead of 40 minutes usually. I lost my 350 euros Bose headphone 🎧 in the train. I had to walk under the rain, then day started by arguing with manager and finally a friend let me down... Creepy day.
I have no motivation to work, I just want to take coffee ☕ and rest.
How would you manage with that?
