So, let me start off by saying I don’t eat sweets, rarely ever.
Whenever I would have a bad day, whether it be work, relationship drama, school stress, etc, the one thing I enjoyed most was having a single cosmo brownie. I’m sure you guys know them. Small little rectangle with rainbow color sprinkles scarcely placed on top. I don’t know why, but it made everything seem alright for just a few moments.
Another thing is I use to live down the road from a Waffle House. After really a really bad day at work (usually didn’t happen but maybe every couple of weeks or months), I would always stop by there and have my usual favorite meal. I made sure to only go every now and then so I didn’t get tired of it. I love Waffle House, so I didn’t wanna get sick of it! (Or eat greasy food all the time)
Recently since I moved, and I am no longer near a WH, I play basketball with a group I know one/two nights a week. Keeps my stress levels down, and helps me stay active!
I feel like we take the little things for granted. I would love to hear what you guys do to unwind a little! Please keep answers PG, and adhering to the guidelines of this subreddit!
