All today I've been listening to this one band over and over, yet I've only ever met one person online who has heard of them. So, I figured let's maybe show people these not well known bands so that more people can fall in love with them and talk about them! Please give a genre description and maybe your favorite songs by them to get people started.

I'll start it off.

Destiny Potato: These guys are a Djent band hailing from Serbia with a female lead vocalist. My favorite songs by them are "Indifferent", "Take a Picture", "Love Song", "Lost Dream", and "Addict". Sadly these guys only have one album out currently, but they're working on a second one.

Helion Prime: This group is a Science-based Power Metal band, and Holy shit is it awesome. These guys also have a female lead vocalist. My favorite songs by them are "The Drake Equation", "Life Finds a Way", "Apollo (The Eagle Has Landed)", "and "Live and Die On This Day". I actually discovered these guys through an online friend who knows I'm into metal and rock, and said I'd probably like them. They only have one album out, and I'm not sure if they're working on a second. But the album is great so I really hope they're working on new content.

Overworld: Swedish Alternative Metal band. They have 2 EPs and 2 singles out currently from the "old band". After their latest EP, 3/5 of the members left for personal reasons, but luckily the 2 that stayed (the drummer and guitarist) decided to stick with it and rebuild the band. The "new" band has one single out for the new album I believe. My favorite by them (all from the old band) are "Until We're Dead", "Final Destination", "My Reality", "Oblivion (Nothing Was for You)", and "Bring Down the Sky". I honestly can't wait for the new album, as the new singer shows a lot of promise! Also, here's a fun fact: the old bassist for the band helped make music for Angry Birds 2.

Tanooki Suit: These guys are rock of some kind. I honestly can't place them into a genre though.. If I had to guess maybe Post-Hardcore? They're a pretty cool bunch from what I've heard and they sing sort of nerdy stuff. But it's all good. My favorite from them are "Bones", "Lordvessel" - their song about Dark Souls, "Yasogami High" - their song about the anime Persona 4, "Murder Ghosts", and last but not least, "Berserk".
