Like the title says I started working out and for over the course of the week I have been going to the gym daily and doing 30 minutes of cardio (on a bike for me) them going and doing machines and lifting for about 45 minutes. I thought it was about time because I am overweight (around 275 pounds) and I just want to
I am sitting here early in the morning and my arms are sore and my legs will eventually be sore later today and tomorrow from the leg workout I had yesterday and I love the feeling. I never thought I would be happy working out but I am! I love the solitude of it and the sense that eventually I will see results! It feels good to wake up sore and hard pressed to move. I am an amateur that's for sure but I can't wait to see where this path leads me! (of course a new diet will help improve results so I am working on that too and advice would be great for how to ease into a healthier diet)
Have you guys ever started something you didn't expect to like and began to love it? What was it? Can't wait to y'all!
