What percentage do you let your phone get down to?

I have this awful fear that I'm going to be stuck somewhere and my phone is going to be out of battery so if my phone gets anywhere near 60% then I'm charging it!
Thing is, I'm pretty sure that I'm damaging the battery by not using it to it's full potential and it will run out quicker but I still can't stop myself lol
What about you guys?
