I'm from Melbourne, Australia. I was listening to some digital radio at work and they said "listen to us over digital radio or stream us anywhere in the world on the listnr app". This got me thinking. How do do I listen to a range of radio stations from other countries?
I'm just curious as to what is making news, what the morning show is like (probably in the afternoon for me) and new for me local music that is currently charting over there.
If you're keen to hear Australian radio. I'd recommend triple J. It's run by the government so there's no adds, to the point news, interesting segments and the music is new and upcoming artists even aboriginal and high school kids get their music played, mainly alternate genre. Mainstream artists got played too
You can stream it on the listnr app or here https://www.abc.net.au/triplej
Wait, Triple J is Australian radio station? I thought it was a really produced YouTube channel that had musicians playing on it randomly.........
How did I not pick up on that?

Yeah, that's how I got into them, I like hearing musicians cover each other's songs and was surprised to find a channel that had a whole segment on it.
Honestly feel silly for not noticing it was a radio station.
