Anyone else ever remove a bunch of music from their ipod/phone/etc but then add it back months or years later?

Post Body

Sometimes I'll get tired of listening to a singer or band and I'll remove all of their music from my ipod, but then years later I'll add their music again. For instance, I had removed all Weezer songs from my ipod but recently got into listening to them again out of nostalgia. I like their first 5 albums, I feel like they went downhill after that but maybe I'll give their latest albums a chance too.

Same, I haven't made much progress on my playlist but I've made more progress in a year over the last 7 years!

I'm trying to start making playlist for this very reason, I'm at a point where I'm noticing a cycle of behavior that just ends with me readding the songs/bands.

If I can concentrate long enough to get everything out of one large pile and into curated groups I think I might stop this behavior for good.
