I recently started making my bed every morning, and it’s been a game changer for me. At first, it felt like just another chore, but now I see it as a way to set a positive tone for the day. It takes just a few minutes, but coming back to a tidy room really boosts my mood and productivity.
I also started dedicating just 10 minutes each evening to tidying up my space, which makes a huge difference in how I feel when I wake up. It’s amazing how these little changes can create a more peaceful environment.
