It has always been invisibility to me, there's not really any benefit to being invisible, especially if you can't make items you touch invisible as well. Teleportation is where it's at baby!
Omniscience. If you know everything there's nothing except knowing because you also know every thought you could ever have or have had or might have. This would effectively render you a non-entity the moment it comes online.
It's basically a very fancy way of rendering yourself into a cloud of subsentient highly intelligent dust.
