Now that AI is at a more sophisticated level, when are we getting Glados?

It absolutely can be done now right? I know there's the speech AI but I need the entire character personality simulated ASAP. She's literally a robot, let's make it happen.
Also, what about the cores? I would shovel out hundreds to get an AI powered replica that talks.
People out here getting chatGPT bf/gfs, I could try to bring my fave games to life :')
