I am a 26 M. I was in a cult for about a year and a half after moving to a different city for work and school. I just completed my freshman year of college at a community college. I decided to delete my Facebook account, change my phone number, and even email address. I just feel behind in life since I don't even have a degree and did not move out until I was 25. Now I am really careful who I give my number out to, and I only have a few friends and no significant other. Meanwhile others have a degree, a significant other, multiple social media profiles. Most of the time I just want to keep to myself and just focus on school, working, and getting my own place again: (I moved in with members of the cult when I was a part of the cult). I am just trying to get my life back on track.
