How did a rigorous diet and exercise plan that resulted in a shredded physique effect your life? Did it change your perspective on the world? Yourself? How did people see you?
Is there anything you'd like to share with others who want to reach this goal?
A big thing is mental.
1) You understand that you have power over your own mind and body
2) You understand that you can change your own behavior
3) You have a structure that isn't related to simply staying alive and out of jail
4) The way you walk and stand becomes immediately more assured which affects how others see you just because your muscles are conditioned and coordinated
5) It bleeds off aggressive urges because you [A] get rid of excess energy and [B] Know that you could do something about a situation you dislike rather than knowing you'd immediately fail at rectifying it
6) It makes you understand that you have a broader range of options in hot weather — Now it's about providing value to the environment rather than simply not caring about it

In that if I take my shirt off I do it knowing that it'll be pleasant to a fair number of people. If you're chubby you take it off because you don't care a good amount aren't gonna want to see that. It's like being nice to your cashier. You don't have to but it's just a nice thing to do.
