Personally I am a big fan of barre, yoga, and Pilates! I never got super big into lifting heavy, my body responds well to aerobic exercise and body weight exercises.
For me, the most important thing is to work on my glutes. I find I seem to get more results targeting them with small movements as opposed to doing large compound lifts.
i do a few different things bc i be getting bored.
yoga is the most consistent thing i do on a daily basis. i also have a gym routine and currently lift weights a couple times a week.
i also do pole dancing and lyra, these i’m getting back into (i have a pole class today hehe)
i also just started running!! i completed my first 5k last weekend, and i’ve already signed up for my next one in June.
in the past i’ve done jumproping and bicycling. i enjoy biking outdoors but my bike got thrown out, so i started running
