Well the goal was to lose a little bit of weight and while I still have a few more goals to go, I finally feel like I'm making some progress after going to the gym semi-regularly lately. The ultimate goal is to lose enough to get into a dress I have my eye on, actually a couple of dresses if I'm honest, and also to get more in-shape for next summer when I'm planning to go on a beach holiday with a friend.
I know that appearance and weight isn't everything, however for my own personal happiness it's important to me, and also it's part of working on myself following the breakdown of my marriage last year.
Anyway, I don't have a lot of friends right at the moment so I just wanted to share my good news somewhere and would love to hear down below from anyone who'd like to know more or has their own good news to share.
