Hell, I remember when 2020 sounded futuristic. I actually lived through these years (2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) but whenever I say them out loud it just feels like we’re living in the future. When I was little, 2024 was unimaginable. I couldn’t imagine what I’d be doing, what I’d look like, what kind of direction my life would take even if I tried, and I think it really is so wonderful that things didn’t go the way I may have expected them to.
