Yay guys, I just hit 1300 (blitz) rating in chess. I just got back into it this past January, starting at ~800 rating. I'm so proud of myself. I just teach myself by playing a lot, doing puzzles, watching youtube videos about chess. I play in tournaments and beat people way higher rating than me. I think about chess all the time now. I even think in chess and have dreams about chess. When I problem solve I have chess methods of solving problems. I don't know. I'm just happy and I just have you, dear stranger, to share it with.
