Gotta love the weather report from David Lynch! Anyway...

I'm having a few beers, listening to music and trying to come up with lyrics for a song I made today. I have a few musical projects going on, but this was for a harsh noise project that I call Sjálfshatur. That's Icelandic for "self-hatred". I know, it's not very positive but I need to find a creative release for my negative thoughts. It's better than many other things people in my steps look into. But no worries, I'm doing good. I purged the negativity by creating something.
