Lights on or off?

Now i've got your attention... Does anyone else get frustrated when people leave lights on when they leave a room?
It is by far my biggest annoyance. Not just because of eco reasons, or the cost of having the house looking like the vegas strip. It's maybe just the way I was brought up but I was taught to turn it off and still do it to this day even after 38 years on the planet.
Does this rattle anyone else's cage?
