I've been doing home workouts because I've always been scared of going to the gym since it feels like a male-dominated space, which puts me on high alert because *gestures the entire female experience*. I recently went with my little brother and we were the only ones there so I managed to familiarize myself with the equipment with his help.
Other guys eventually came to work out din and there were ZERO alarms going off in my head. I know every guy there is more interested in their own bodies than others but knowing that through experience really put me at ease. I feel more motivated to take working out seriously now.
I guess my latest gym-related problem is that I'll be moving out next week into a a very busy city. Our condo's gym is most likely packed since its a huge building. I wouldn't have my brother with me so I'm pretty anxious at the thought of going alone in that kind of environment
