I finally apply for a gym membership again after I haven't been to one in over 4 years.
Post Body

I've been anxious and avoid the social situations because most time I tend to keep it to myself and feel awkward around people. Being in the gym when it's crowded while most people are so motivated and ripped makes me worries. It sounds silly, I know! But it's always been something I want to overcome. During the Covid pandemic I gain some weight and that make me feel not so confident with my shape and that makes it harder to be in the gym. Well, it sounds like the issues rolls itself into tumbleweed!

But today, it's my day 1! I finally find the courage in me to do what I always scared of and choose to give love to myself by apply for a gym membership. There's the 3 months promotion with personal trainer, I'll also get to train in Muay Thai class which I am really excited to try more!

I am so happy that I choose to do good things for my future self. I know she'll be thankful for this moment because it's a big kickstart for a healthy person I wanted to become.

Are there anything that you wanna try or do and never get to the point of starting?
