Trying to think of an illustration/symbol

I want a tattoo that is 2 things that work together but one part helps the other more or is the source for the other So far the only concepts I have is : Fire lighting a candle or a lantern being lit or something like that
Or lightning igniting a fire but something seemed off about that
I also thought of one body of water netting into another or a river into a! Ocean?
I know this seems vague but it’s symbolic I’m trying to be
