Navy fed chargeback

Cashapp is saying it's navy feds responsibility, navy fed is saying it's cashapps. Anyone else ever experienced this?

The entire charge is fraudulent and I did not authorize it from my account
Charge is from my linked debit card
Cashapp says not their issue, navy fed says itβs not theirs either. They both keep pointing fingers at each other on whose responsibility it is to allow me to file a dispute.
