I recently was permanently taken out of work for severe back problems and an issue with my hand My 4 sisters decided to gift my wife and I ( we are also raising her 7 yr old granddaughter) $2000. Yesterday my sister tried to send it to me on Cash App. It was denied to me for āprotectionā I am verified I uploaded my license and photo it was accepted I spoke to customer services and my sister is using PNC bank so a reputable institution. Customer Service said ā oh just try again in a few hoursā we did she even on me tried to send $1000 same thing. They are shutting off our water today, my wife is on me tell them to use PayPal, tell her to just pay the water bill over the phone. My sisters are old and i feel guilty that they have been so generous and thoughtful of a brother that has not always been the best. Our mom passed in May at 94 and by then had full dementia so all we have now are each other and Iām in NC my sisters are in NJ. I just donāt understand how they can basically just pick and choose what transactions go through. Like I said weāve done everything possible I have no serial killers or drug dealers on my cash app. Does anyone have advice a similar experience this does not seem legal if you are verified
