Should there be legal action taken on closed accounts?

Not a lawyer but,
Has anyone gotten hard evidence as to why your account is closed? More specifically, them stating terms of service, and showing the infraction?
Should this be enforced? Should there be a petition?
Can this sub have any freaking moderation?

Yes but a lot of SW sellers use it so there isn't any other ways for them to accept payments for goods, as Venmo, PayPal, etc all would do the same.
