Hi - I've been using cashapp for several years now but never actually got one of their cards. I decided to get one and went through the process of putting all my info in, however, when I hit submit, to complete the card registration I get an error message that says, "Unexpected error occurred. Please try again later."
I spent about a week trying until I decided to contact cashapp support. They told me this issue needs to be researched by a higher support tier and this team can only reach out via email. I was told that I should hear from someone shortly in regards to not being able to get a card.
It has now been 2 weeks and I have not received any email reply. Whenever I message the customer service, they say they haven't resolved the issue yet and to check my email for updates.
I'm wondering what could possibly be taking so long for them to sort out and is this sort of thing common with cash app customer service? It's horribly frustrating.
