HELP! Cash app Card won’t activate

So after ordering a cash app card, it was taking awfully long to come, so I reordered it. Then, I found out the first card came and It was simply lost in my house so I tried to activate it but it simply would not work. Neither the QR code. I am wondering if ordering a second card (not activated either) Would make it so it would only accept the qr code and ccv for that card.
