Hello everybody!
Hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. Recently I went through the drive-through car wash during a road trip to see family and later in the day I noticed the front license plate was bent outward in one of the corners. I believe this is from one of the rotating brushes from the car wash and a relative seconded that idea as well. I removed the license plate and straightened it out as best I could. But I was wondering what would be the best thing to do to provide more structural support for the front license plate? I worry that one of these days the license plate with rip off the bumper if it bends and gets caught on something. Usually, I hand wash my car but I do travel. So while on the road its easier just to go to a car wash to get the bugs off the front of the car. I was looking at getting one of those steel plate frames from Subaru or an aftermarket one. Any suggestions?
