I have a 1978 Winnebago Minnie-Winnie. It wasnt well taken care of before i got it, and i am in the process of restoring the engine, which is a dodge 360. I took the valve covers off, and they looked a little rough and bent up, so i went to replace them. New cork gaskets and covers come, and they are different from the originals. They dont have the proper holes for vacuum lines and the oil filler tube in the tops, and they are longer. The new gaskets wont fit the old ones either.
How do i find out why they are different/where to get proper ones? Its difficult to find anything on engines in winnebagos.
