every time i drive home my windshield looks like this

0000 steel wool look up the video on you tube
Go to the gas station and use the free windshield wash at the pump. Grab a pile of paper towels. Wet them and vigorously rub the inside of the window. It will start to smear but the build up will start to come off. Idk what actually causes it but it happens every year.
