Has anyone had this light come on while they are driving? It’s a red light of a car with a key inside of it. I would have taken a picture but it went off after I parked and turned the car off.

I own a Mazda 6 2008, and on page 5-43 of my manual it says this is the red light that’s coming up on my dash.

While I am driving it has been coming on and when it is on and I turn my turn signal on, specifically the right turn signal, it incessantly honks. People are looking at me like I’m insane but I have to use my turn signal. The horn also honks if I turn my hazards on while this light is on.

What is going on?

I read that this happens to people when they try to turn their car on but I haven’t read anything about it happening to people while they are driving.

Possibly relevant information: It is raining hard and my front bumper is hanging off on the left side a bit.

Also I just used my right turn signal and my hazards came on instead.

Edit 2: Today while I was driving, whenever I braked the car would honk. Was stopped at an intersection for a minute or two with my horn just blaring.
