Would my car be a ricer if I were to only put simple cosmetic mods on it?

I feel like this might be a stupid question to ask but I wanted to know if my car would be considered a ricer if I were to only put things like a front lip, maybe a OEM stype spoiler, rear bumper lips and stuff like that to a 2011 Corolla? I'm only 16, I can't afford much right now, but at the same time I wanted my car to look kinda niche with some new wheels or something. Really just wanted to know the truth because everywhere I look online I see cars like these being called ricers and their owners get flamed for owning them

That’s what rice means. Race Inspired Cosmetic Enhancements. It’s all good man, it’s your car. Do what you want. It doesn’t matter what other people think. I had an ‘09 Corolla and loved it.
