Fuel pump not engaging?

I drive a 94 chevy s10 and a few weeks ago I had to replace the fuel pump. About a week ago (2 weeks later) I was driving on the highway and it died going 60. It gets no gas from pressing the throttle and I’ve put 2 different pumps on it and still nothing. I’ve checked the fuses, I replaced the relay, and as far as I can tell the grounds are good. When I turn the key on I can not hear the new pump engaging at all.
I am totally lost. Does anyone have any idea whats going on?
