Me: I’m an MD and currently planning to juggle my practice in Manila. My residence is Fairview QC and work is in Manila, Makati and BGC. Got tired of commuting and grab is really expensive right now so figured to buy a car instead. This is my first time to buy a car and drive

In general here are what I can use to narrow down the search: Budget <400k It will be okay to buy second hand Priority is RELIABILITY Second would be ECONOMY Third is Ability for tortous weather (yes we go to work despite the heavy floods and rains) I dont usually carry a lot of things and people around so maybe a 4 seater would suffice

With that question, I would also like to ask for your preferred 2nd hand cars seller.
