This is what I was thinking, however, could the seller not just say that they took ownership after the accident and still act oblivious to it?

They are going for market price. The kms are relatively low but nothing crazy.

I am going to look at this car in a few hours, but the seller’s listing price (to me) seems like it’s full price. If they don’t mention this part of the history, say for example if they don’t know, do I bring it up?
