What are my options if the service centre is not fixing a fault with the vehicle?

Hi all, I have a Hyundai i30 N-Line still under warranty which has a knocking sound only during cold start. I took it to the service centre and they just returned the vehicle mentioning that there is no fault with the vehicle.

I reached out to Hyundai and made a complaint, their advise was that since it is a technical fault only service centre can assist and they cannot do anything.

Currently planning to take it to a different Hyundai service centre.

Can you please advise if taking it to different service centre is a good option or is there anything else that I can do?
